Built by people who lived it

Mike watched his father, a top-10 NFL Draft pick, lose nearly everything by retirement. That question never left him: why do the people who earn the most end up with the least? He carried it through Columbia Business School, through Goldman and Lazard, through managing money for athletes like Steph Curry and Michael Phelps. When NIL changed college sports, he saw a chance to finally do something about it. He teamed up with Cindy, an immigrant and startup builder who knew what it felt like to be outside a system that wasn't built for you. Scout exists because we believe college athletes deserve better — and we're just getting started.
